CPDN back online after unexpected outage

CPDN was taken offline by a failure of the storage system that hosts our servers in Oxford. The downtime was between 3 pm 28 Jan 2014 and 1 pm 30 Jan 2014 GMT. The issue has been resolved, and we are now back up and running. Please accept our apologies for the disruption to the service.
